Biography

Dr. Geneviève Bois is a family physician from Montréal who is currently living and working in Whapmagoostui, a Cree and Inuit community of Nunavik. She is a clinician, teacher and advocate, particularly around the issues of overdiagnosis and reproductive health and justice. She is an associate professor at the Faculty of Medicine of Universté de Montréal, and has an appointment at McGill University. Her main clinical practice is in Whapmagoostui but she also provides also works in reproductive health clinics in Montréal and Gatineau.
