The OCFP Annual Practice Conference is Ontario’s largest gathering of family physicians. Each year, APC brings together practitioners from across the province — from Kenora to Kingston, Thunder Bay to Toronto — for two days of practical learning, meaningful connection and professional renewal.
2026 Theme: Family Medicine for a Changing Ontario
This year’s conference focuses on the practical and systemic changes reshaping family medicine in Ontario, including new billing models, technological tools, evolving team-based care structures and the ongoing challenges of administrative burden.
